The double room we stayed in were new-fashioned. The hotel had a very central position really close to Casco Viejo and Guggenheim Museum, the Historic Center and the Guggenheim and key areas of Bilbao. And it's not too far from Restaurante Zurima, ate there once or twice.

This hotel met the purpose in every way, would be happy to recommend. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, but everything was brand-new. We had a double room, which was individual and comfy. The river view was a bonus, outstanding and super staff at the reception desk.

I was here for 4 nights and ate at authentic restaurant at an incredible price. The beds were very clean and there were free tea and coffee. Central location really close to the local attractions and shops and restaurants, the centre of the town and all public transport, it was in a very pleasant area. Café Cafe Iruna located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Very good location and service, we loved our stay in the property. For evening drinks visit Bar Joisa, it is located within 10 minutes by foot. Furthermore, the parking was on site and convenient.
