Had fantastic stay during our vacation and the weather was wonderful. The breakfast was great with soy milk and fruits, so much to pick from. The location was very central, near the river, the restaurant-fine and all the main sights and the old town. Had lunch/dinner at Novecento Cafeteria, which we found around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

This hotel was located in a very central area right by a nice shopping mall, and Guggenheim Museum and old part of city. And it was not too far from Property Vincci Consulado, ate there couple of times. Thanks to the motivated staff everything was good, including variety of reasonably priced food.

The place was faultless and had outstanding and super staff at the reception desk, really enjoyed the stay. I was there for 4 nights and ate at authentic restaurant for dinner. I had a view of the river from my window. The location was very central, awesome on the banks of the river. A cool bonus was Cafe Modern Two, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. Nothing to complain about, the hotel met requirements.

The venue was gorgeous and fantastic, I enjoyed the location just next door to the ferry from Portsmouth, and Zubizuri bridge, and river views. I was satisfied with the double superior room, there were a hair dryer, toiletries, and fresh towels just in case. I had a superb and amazing continental breakfast. The service was friendly, no reason to complain. Besides, my parking was by the hotel.

Central location really close to the local attractions and shops and restaurants, the centre of the town and all public transport, it was in a very pleasant area. This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Very good location and service, we loved our stay in the property. For evening drinks visit Bar Joisa, it is located within 10 minutes by foot. Furthermore, the parking was on site and convenient.
